I have an extremely soft spot for dogs to begin with, so when I see stories about strays who have been taken in and nursed back to health I have to share them. This one in particular was a pretty bad case.

When Indian organization Animal Aid Unlimited workers found this poor pooch he was starving, extremely dehydrated , covered in mange, and clearly had not been touched or cared for in a long time. It was amazing he was still alive. After the workers hooked him up to an IV and began treating his wounds his skin started to clear up within the first ten days.

It took another couple of months though of medicine and healing before the poor fellow finally made a serious recovery. Watch the video to see his complete journey and how the heroes at Animal Aid gave this cute little guy a second chance at life.
