Organically Improve Your Squeeze Page Conversions

While budding Internet entrepreneurs try every new trick that comes down the pike in an effort to give them the advantage, sometimes it is the simple things that give you the best results. Ah, the simple things … the organics.

Take the squeeze page, for example. The web is littered with ebooks boasting secrets to squeeze page success. They are all basically trafficking in the same information, all of which you are probably already aware of, the aggressive marketer that you are.

But what they don’t tell you is that the secret to squeeze page success is already staring you right in the face. You don’t need to buy some overpriced app or underwhelming magic formula from the bit-guru-of-the-week. Keep it organic, bro.

You simply need to grab a cup of fair trade coffee, sit down on your Pier 1 Imports rattan wicker chair, and evaluate these three “organic” elements of your squeeze page.

You can make the most out of your online model if you just:

1 – Improve Your Headline

That rambling mess of a headline is a waste of your time, money and effort. Your headline should grab people’s attention and tell a story – all within the confines of the headline space.

Your headline needs to be a smart mix of the simplicity of a movie title, the shock of a tabloid headline and the you-can-do-it spirit of a motivational speaker. Spend quality time with your headlines and watch your online revenue soar.

2 – Improve Your Call To Action

There is a proper time and place to hit the visitor with a call to action. That time is now, my friend. Don’t mess around – hit them up right away. And make sure that the process is not confusing in the slightest.

The graphics should be clean, neat and not look like they were done by a hobo with a 486 in a dirty back alley somewhere. Make it the best you can! One small hiccup or hurdle in the process can cause you to lose potential customers.

The proper place for your call to action is at the top of your page. The visitor should never have to scroll down to convert. As they say in real estate, location is king. That also applies here.

3 – Improve Your Thank You

Don’t forget service after the sale. A solidly worded and constructed exit “thank you” message can yield big dividends over time as your re-conversion numbers will increase leading to even more sales.

While it can be easy to forget about your customers after you hear the sound of money hitting your account, don’t. Everybody needs to be loved. Spread a little bit of it around to help fatten your bottom line.
