There’s a lot of weird houses out there, but not all of them are eco-friendly. More over, not all of them look this cool. Inspired by Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit (I kid), these people went the extra length to create one of their favorite house designs. What’s interesting is that there are stories of people doing similar houses for less than a thousand dollars. Pretty nifty, right? The housing market is beginning to sway towards eco-friendly houses as well, although not necessarily with this design. Perhaps this is a sign of things to come?
