Dan Price, CEO of Gravity Payments, is a man on a mission. He wants to reward the hard work of his employees by raising their pay, but not by $1.00 an hour or even $2 or $5. Instead he is taking a $930,000 yearly pay cut, as well as making other adjustments so he can raise everyone’s minimum yearly salary to $70,000. That number basically doubles all of those people’s take home pay for the year. I guess we know who the Boss of The Year Award is going to. In a day when most CEO’s are looking to trim every bit of expense to save money, this guy figured out a way to pay them more, unreal!
