Every year around Christmas, a mysterious businessman shows up in Missouri to play secret Santa for the local masses. He donates tens of thousands of dollars each year to random people on the street who just look like they could use a little help. This year, he changed up the game a little. Mr. Anonymous deputized the local police force and charged them with the task of spreading holiday cheer. I have to say, I wish the news would focus a little more on this than other stuff that involves cops.
