Most of these are really great tips for the winter months. I live in a cold, snowy state and today it is a balmy 8 degrees! The only one I didn’t know about was the rubbing alcohol on the windshield wipes. Next time mine freeze I will give this trick a try.

I hate winter but my whole family lives up here in the frozen tundra that we lovingly call New England. If I could afford to travel back and forth frequently, I would move to some place that’s warm all year long.

I never follow the tip about ceiling fans because even though it’s pushing warm air down, the moving blades still make me feel cold. Just the thought of turning it on sends a chill up my spine.

The whole park your car facing east thing really works. I try to do that as often as I can. And it really does make a difference, unless I have to go out before the sun comes up. Then your`re out of luck no matter what you do.
