No one wants to have to deal with a parent’s death. Unfortunately for Kazzie Hennings, that’s exactly what happened to him one week before his graduation. Shamefully, it was due to a drunk driving incident which Officer Ellison had the terrible duty of giving Kazzie the news. As the officer broke the story, Kazzie lamented on how his parents wouldn’t see him walk.

Ellison decided to take their place.

Although the video quality isn’t great, just remember who is standing there when all those cheers erupt from the stand. Hopefully, this helped to remind Kazzie just how much he matters in this world.
