Unlike Other Digital Artists Who Enhance Beauty, His Style Is to Create Facial Deformities that You’ve Never Seen Before

By Anne Cacherell

Digital artist and face mangling genius Lee Griggs of Madrid, Spain created an out-of-this-world series called Deformations, in which he turns facial disfigurations into a bizarre work of art.

Fascinated with Arnold, a 3D software program built for the demands of feature-length animation and visual effects, Griggs experiments with normal faces, shades and light and transforms them into the strangest looking faces that you would never really want to see in real life.

Here are some of the out of the ordinary images from his Deformations project.
