Paul Walsh of New Zealand had enough of the bland utility boxes that littered his community in Aukland. After having one of his paints ruined by the government, popular outcry convinced the leaders of Aukland to not only allow Walsh to continue, but practically commissioned him to keep working. Isn’t that crazy? Now this guy gets paid to deface government property!
